Overview
This program has been designed to cater for those people who mentor others in both a formal and informal way to develop people and knowledge capital. It will help them guide mentees to build knowledge, confidence and achievements in a structured and trusting relationship. It is an effective way of passing on crucial corporate knowledge and succession planning.
