Overview
Communication in business is a far more complex subject than is generally acknowledged.  Many people in business  talk about ‘communication problems’, without stopping to realise the implications of what they have said. 

This course sets out to explain business communication issues and assist in improving the participant’s communication at a work.

Aims of the Program
To provide to the participants with an insight and understanding of the importance of effective communication in Commerce and Industry, and the skills required to successfully communicate in a work environment to achieve results.

At the end of this program participants will be more effectively and efficiently able to:
