There are three levels which are designed to your:

THE CONTENT STRUCTURE

The levels can be structured and designed in any way to meet your organisational needs. For example:

  1. You may like to run one level per year
    so that each person then has a career developement plan.
  2. You may like to have the levels delivered
    in trimesters over one year.
  3. Intensive mode - you may like to have the
    program delivered in block days.

ON GOING SUPPORT

Between each workshop all participants will be supported with coaching to ensure there is transference of learning back in the workplace.
They will also be required to implement their learnings.

Leading and
Managing Yourself

Level 1 of the Leadership Program will empart the knowledge foundation of managing yourself.

These processes, techniques and teachings not only apply to the workplace but can make managing your personal life much easier and more fulfilling.

Before you can manage others, you need to have the tools to manage yourself.

Level Two

Managing Others

Drive your team with Happening People

Level 2 of the Leadership Program builds upon level 1 skills.

In this level you will learn how to effectively manage others at work.
Starting with understanding your team and the dynamic of the workplace and its culture.

You will then go on to learn fundamental finance, IT, OD, marketing and sales.

Parts 2, 3 and 4 will give you the tools to effectively manage others in the workplace and plan for sustainable business growth.
