This corporate training program is designed to meet the organisations, employees and customers needs.

To establish the needs we meet with our clients and clearly identify the outcomes and results needed.

At Happening People we guarantee to achieve these outcomes and results so we design and tailor specific training programs or consulting programs to meet your needs.

The modules below are a sample of the content we can include in a Building Teams program to enhance capabilities. What is included in the program will be designed to meet your needs.


What is a Team?

Looking at four team models, identifying teams that belong to each model, Identifying benefits of each model and planning how these models can work for this team.


What are the Characteristics of Effective Teams?

Identifying characteristics of effective teams and determining effective characteristics for the group.


Ownership of the Team Purpose

Gaining commitment within the team and greater team, to determine the teams purpose and actions to achieve these.


Ownership of the Organisations’ Vision and Values

Adopting the organisational vision and values and incorporating them with participant’s own.


Aligning Personal Beliefs

To achieve Company vision, as well as understanding participant’s own beliefs and making choices about what works and what doesn’t.


Myers Briggs Type Indicator

(For Teams) Working out why we prefer to do tasks in certain ways and to appreciate the differences that others can bring to the organisation. Having this understanding enables more effective communication in the workplace because it gives employees a larger perspective of team dynamics.


Stages of Team Development

Exploring stages of team development and this applies to the group. Setting clear outcomes for the team and plans to achieve effective processes.


Timeframe:

Timeframes on these programs can vary depending on the size of the project, your requirements and the depth of the content that you choose.

We have found these programs to be most effective if conducted one day per week over a four to six week period.

During non-contact times all participants will need to complete workplace tasks and assignments.
