Customer Service Program




Overview:

This corporate training program is designed to meet the organisations, employees and customers needs.

To establish the needs we meet with our clients and clearly identify the outcomes and results needed.

At Happening People we guarantee to achieve these outcomes and results so we design and tailor specific training programs or consulting programs to meet your needs.


Program Outline:

The modules below are a sample of the content we can include in a customer service program for you. What is included in your customer service program will be designed to meet your needs.


Serving the Customer:

Participants will learn to establish rapport with customers, identify their needs through effective questioning, offer personalised solutions, obtain and agreement, close the contact.


Effective Communication:

This includes communicating both internally and externally, giving feedback, managing emotions, positive language and dealing with conflict.


The Team Purpose:

Participants will focus on gaining commitment within the team and greater team, to determine the teams purpose and setting clear actions to meet customer service needs. It can include establishing team visions and values to underpin these actions.


Vision and Values:

This can include adopting the organisational vision and values and incorporating them with participant’s behaviours in servicing customers.


Aligning Personal Beliefs:

Participants will identify limiting personal beliefs so that they can chose to work more effectively.


Myers Briggs Type Indicator:

Participants will learn different communication styles. They will Work out why they prefer to do tasks in certain ways and to appreciate the differences that others can bring to their role.


Timeframe:

We have found these programs to be most effective if conducted one day per week over a six to ten week period with Management particpation.

During participants non-contact times all participants will need to complete tasks, assignments or readings which will be integrated into the workplace.
