Terrible Training

Not only will 50,000 volunteers need training for the games but call centres and service organisations are already delivering customer service programs to meet the needs of an estimated 2 million visitor during the games.

With so many employees undergoing workplace training the market is stretched to find corporate training consultants with the experience and qualifications necessary to get the results organisations need from corporate training.

'Australian organisations are undergoing extensive training at this time particularly in Customer Service. This is great for service levels to the Australian people but organisations need to beware'. said Managing Director Samuel Day, of Happening People Pty Limited - corporate training consultants.

'Many of the best training consultants are training through to September and beyond. This means that organisations who outsource their training needs will need to carefully check training consultants experience and national qualifications to enure that they get the results out of their employee training programs.' Mr Day said.

Mr Day said, 'In many cases it may be necessary to delay training until after the Olympic Games, if possible, to ensure that you get the best training consultants for your organisation or risk a poor performance return on your training dollar.'

With thousands of training companies registered in Australia its time to wake corporate Australia to check your training consultants experience.
