Community Support

In 2008 Happening People will donate $100 from every corporate training and consulting program booked with existing clients and new clients to various charities. In addition all flights for Happening People consultants will be carbon neutral.

Community Support 2007- Barnardos
Beginning in January 2007 Happening People donated $100 from every corporate training and consulting program booked with existing clients and new clients to Australia's Leading Charity caring for kids - Barnardos.

Community Support 2005/2006 - National Breast Cancer Foundation
Beginning in October 2005 and continuing through 2006 Happening People donated $100 from every corporate training and consulting program booked with existing clients and new clients.

Community Support 2004 - Redcross
We donated monies which will aid the Tsunami relief program in Asia.

Community Support 2003 - Gay and Lesbian Counseling Services
We sponsored and donated personal development products to the major fundraiser Aurora - for gay and lesbian support services .

Community Support 2002 - Breast Cancer Association
We sponsored and donated personal development products to the major fundraiser for the Breast Cancer Association.

Community Support 2001 - Australian Indigenous Communities
We dedicated time in Management, Training and Project Management Services to indigenous communities. We believe in the saying 'Give a man a fish and you will feed him for day, teach a man to fish and you'll feed him for lifetime'.

Community Support 2000 - Camp Quality

Camp Quality are a non profit volunteer organisation providing a camping experience and year round support for children with cancer and their families.

In the year 2000 happening people have chosen to support Camp Quality by donating 1% of net profit.

We believe this contribution will assist Camp Quality with achieving their two main goals.

Continue to allow a child with cancer to be a child again; to provide exciting activities to look forward to, which will give the children the courage to battle on through the treatment.

Give the families of children with cancer a much needed break, because the impact of diagnosis and treatment places tremendous stress on parents and siblings.

We present these cheques to charities in December of each year.

In 1999 we provided financial donations to Canteen which supports teenagers with cancer.
These donations contributed to their enhanced self esteem and personal development.
